Letter from M Jan 2011

Updated: Jan 9, 2020

11 January 2011

Dear G,

Thank you for your card to H dated 7th jan 2011. by now you should have received notification from the (x) branch of NatWest, confirming that I immediately handed your card into the branch. The gentleman dealing with it is Mr A.

Mr A explained that you would be in breach of the terms and conditions of your account, by handing the card and pin over to a third party(H)

More worryingly, he told me that should H debit monies from the account, then this would be a fraudulent use of the account. Naturally, this would be wrong and therefore it cannot happen.

I do not wish to enter into correspondence with you regarding this matter. As I said in my earlier letter, H has an account of her own which you could pay monies into directly, if you sincerely wish to gift monies to her.

please note that you have now used one of your four letters for 2011. If you send any packages or letters in excess of those permitted by the court they will be returned to you unopened.

Your sincerely,

L.
